Lorraine is a fabulous stylist. The health of your hair is her topmost concern. She is professional-knows the meaning of an “appointment.” Always on time, uses the top products and her salon is super cute.

The Hair Loft is not specifically an “African-American” hair salon, matter of fact it’s not at all, however Andrea is an awesome stylist and the salon provides first class services.

They are very good at restoring damaged hair and growing hair. They are NOT scissor happy and will only trim if necessary.

I’ve had situations where I was dissatisfied with my chemical process and my Stylist was eager to accommodate doing the service again. Also generally interested in how my hair reacted.
